Under The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 there is a statutory requirements for all businesses in Cambridge to have a current Fire Risk Assessment. This must be carried out by a competent person and be documented where the business employs 5 or more individuals.
We specialise in carrying out fire risk assessments, as well as providing fire safety training courses. In addition to many general commercial and industrial premises, we are proud to include a number of schools and residential care homes amongst our many clients. We also specialise in carrying out fire risk assessments on Houses in Multiple Occupancy (i.e. HMOs). Thereby, helping landlords in Cambridge meet their obligations under general fire safety legislation and local authority requirements.
As a result of us not being involved in supplying or maintaining extinguishers or fire alarm systems, you can always be confident in a completely honest appraisal of the fire hazards and risks on your premises.
The training courses we provide include courses in general Fire Safety Awareness and specialised courses for Fire Wardens and Marshals.
